That’s why we built the 2018 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway house at The Landing at Swift Creek, where the outdoors and indoors Live Up together on the Swift Creek Reservoir. We’ve carefully chosen our Madison floor plan, which features around 3,100 square feet, five bedrooms, four baths, and multiple living areas, all with an estimated value of $560,000. Raising Awareness and Hope Totaling $866,863!
In 2018, we saw Richmond’s St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway become a reality — raising more than $860,000 to support the lifesaving work of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Because of the support of our volunteers, our partners, and our team, we were able to not just build a “Dream Home” — but build hope for children battling life-threatening diseases and their families here in RVA and beyond!

While we didn’t join forces with St. Jude in order to win an award, we are extremely humbled to have received the “Best First Year Builder” award at the St. Jude’s 2018 Golden Key Awards.
