StyleCraft Homes is looking to play a key role in transforming popular Weschester Commons into a mixed-use hub with the development of Westchester Commons.
According to the Richmond BizSense article: “Lakeside-based StyleCraft Homes is seeking approval from Chesterfield County to build 210 townhomes on multiple pad sites within the nearly 800-acre commercial development at Midlothian Turnpike and Route 288.”
The plan is for the development to include pocket parks, pedestrian plazas, open spaces, and sidewalks connecting it to the shopping center, according to the article.
