2026 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway: Sold-Out Tickets, Open House Weekends & a Live Reveal on June 25

May 28, 2026

It's hard to believe we're already on the doorstep of the 2026 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway. The tickets are sold out, the home is finished, and the only thing left is the part everyone looks forward to most: opening the doors to the public, thanking the community that made this possible, and crowning a new Dream Home winner live on TV.

Before the big reveal on June 25, here's everything you need to know about this year's home, the trade partners who brought it to life, and how to see it in person during our three open house weekends in June.

Thank You, Richmond — Tickets Are Officially Sold Out

This is the eighth year Stylecraft has had the privilege of building the Richmond St. Jude Dream Home, and Richmond keeps showing up in a way that frankly leaves us speechless. Tickets for the 2026 Giveaway are completely sold out, and every single one of those tickets means more for the kids and families at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Through the seven previous Richmond Dream Home Giveaways, this community helped raise more than $8 million for St. Jude. This year's sold-out campaign raised an additional $1.7 million— putting our total at over $10 million toward funding research and treatment for children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases, and ensuring families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food.

That's the part of this campaign that never gets old. A house gets built, a winner gets called, and somewhere along the way, an extraordinary amount of good gets done.

A Quick Refresher: What Is the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway?

For anyone new to the program, here's the short version. Each year, Stylecraft Homes builds a fully finished Dream Home at as close to net zero cost as possible — the time, the materials, and the labor are all donated by our incredible network of vendors and trade partners. Tickets are sold to the public, every dollar goes directly to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and one lucky ticketholder wins the keys.

Treatments developed at St. Jude has helped push the U.S. childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since the hospital opened in 1962, and no family ever pays for the care they receive. Knowing where the money goes is what keeps the entire Greater Richmond community — sponsors, partners, volunteers, ticket buyers — coming back year after year.

Meet the 2026 Dream Home

This year's Dream Home sits at 13194 Woodside Lane in Hanover, VA, and it might just be our most stunning build yet. The Taylor floor plan was designed with the way today's families actually live in mind: open, flexible, and full of the kind of details that make you stop in the doorway just to take it in.

A few of the highlights:

  • First-floor owner's suite — a true retreat with thoughtful design and finishes that feel custom from top to bottom
  • Open-concept main level with a flexible entertaining spaces including a cafe and family room that flows seamlessly into the 3-season-room, made for everything from quiet weeknights to full-house holidays
  • A designer kitchen anchored by Bosch appliances, a generous island, and a walk-in pantry that any home cook will appreciate
  • Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, including additional ensuite-style spaces upstairs
  • A second-floor loft that creates the perfect bonus space for a media room, game room, or quiet reading nook
  • Designer finishes throughout, from the lighting and hardware to the tile and trim packages

It's the kind of home that feels personal the moment you walk through it — and you'll have three weekends to do exactly that.
