StyleCraft Gathers with Trusted Vendors to Celebrate Valued Partnership & Share Key Industry Insights

Last week, StyleCraft Homes gathered with more than 100 of its trade partners at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden to celebrate both their trusted partnership and share key industry insights.
The event, Trade Partner Exclusive, featured several area homebuilding subject matter experts. These included Tom Tyler, Vice President of Research with the Home Building Association of Richmond (HBAR), who shared key housing trends. Additionally, a panel including HBAR CEO Danna Markland, President Chad Joyce, Campaign Manager Laurenso Williams, as well as StyleCraft VP of Homebuilding Jeremy Knicely participated in a lively discussion on methods of supporting land development and residential construction throughout the Richmond Region.
“These trusted partners are so much more than vendors,” StyleCraft’s Knicely said. “We know them all, we know their families, and we consider them part of ours. And because of our close collaboration, we’re able to do amazing work together.”
This work includes the annual St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway, the 7th of which just successfully wrapped thanks in large part to the generosity of many of these partners.
“Our name may be beside the Dream Home, but it’s a labor of love that many of our trade partners participate in — donating time and materials for a great cause,” Knicely said. “When St. Jude recognized our work as the Campaign of the Year, it was an honor we shared with everyone.”
Recognition was also a big part of the the Trade Partner Exclusive event, with StyleCraft awarding partners with accolades based on the company’s Values and Brand Promises:

"It says something about the culture we’ve been able to build, not just at StyleCraft, but with our partners,” Knicely said. “The fact that they’re willing to share in our values and promises, and demonstrate them every day, means that our customers are getting a consistent, seamless, top-flight homebuying experience.”
The event also included guest speaker Bob Mirman, CEO and Founder of Eliant Survey Technology, the company StyeCraft uses to regularly engage its homebuyers. A clinical psychologist, Mirman pioneered the first national benchmarking system for homebuyer satisfaction.
As part of Mirman’s presentation to Stylecraft trade partners, he shared how everyone can work even smarter together to exceed customer expectations.
The Trade Partner Exclusive event, which also included a happy hour, was designed to both thank and educate all in attendance.
