Potential Homebuyers and Realtors Attend Pomeroy Park's Muddy Boots Tour for a Sneak Peek

Realtors and potential homebuyers gathered at StyleCraft’s first New Kent community, Pomeroy Park, for a “Muddy Boots”-style tour late last week.

The sneak peak provided an early-construction view of the luxury estate home community’s Model Home. It was also an opportunity for those in attendance to learn more details about Pomeroy Park.

“We’re really excited to build out an entire community in New Kent, where we just finished our most recent St. Jude Dream Home,” said Jeremy Knicely, StyleCraft’s VP of Homebuilding. “We’ve already revealed the fact that we’ll be including the same amazing floor plan we built for St. Jude, the Madison, as well as other popular plans.”

Pomeroy Park’s floor plans and pricing will be shared with those who have signed up for Pomeroy Park’s VIP List in early October. Each of the plans will be available in multiple elevations, including: Modern Farmhouse, Bungalow, Georgian, Farmhouse, Traditional and Craftsman styles. Additionally, there will be options for first-floor living, first-floor Owners’ Suites, and lofts.

Pomeroy Park, designed with wide-open spaces inside and out, features 1-acre-plus home sites, up to  3,605 sq. feet of living space, as well as community green spaces and walking trails.

“This is family-style living at its best,” Knicely said. “It’s also highly convenient, with an ideal location between Richmond and Williamsburg — and the beach right down the road. We can’t wait to open Pomeroy Park for sales.”
