StyleCraft Hosts Model Home Grand Opening Event at Pomeroy Park, Our First New Kent Community

StyleCraft’s Pomeroy Park has been building buzz in New Kent County for several months. On October 25, the community had its first opportunity to size up both the Appomattox Model Home and Madison Quick Move-In Home. 

“This is a big deal for StyleCraft,” said Hayley Copley, Director of Sales for StyleCraft Homes. “Pomeroy Park marks our first community in idyllic New Kent County. Because one of Pomeroy Park’s hallmarks is its size — including luxury estate homes featuring wide-open interiors built on 1-acre-plus homesites — we were compelled to upsize the event to spotlight not just one, but two completed homes.”

The event marked the big reveal for the Appomattox Model Home, built at modern farmhouse elevation, and featuring a first-floor Owner’s Suite, Flex Room set up as a home office, and a three-season room. Upstairs, highlights include three additional bedrooms, including a Guest Suite, as well as a versatile loft. 

Event attendees explored the Madison floor plan, which features a modern farmhouse elevation, a second-floor Owner’s Suite, three additional bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and a third-floor bonus room (including a Guest Suite!). The best part? The Madison is available as a Quick Move-In Home, allowing eager homebuyers to significantly reduce the standard new-construction home turnaround time. 

The Pomeroy Park Model Home Grand Opening also featured an RTIC cooler giveaway, as well as a free catered lunch from New Kent favorite Smokey Meadows BBQ. 

“Not only did we desire to stage an event during which all attendees could feel at home at Pomeroy Park, but we wanted to provide a taste of life in New Kent, too,” Copley said. “We’ve worked hard to pair thoughtfully crafted single-family homes with a picture-perfect location here in Central Virginia — and this was the first opportunity for the community to see it all come together.”
