As Parade of Homes Kicks off, All StyleCraft Entries Win Awards

September 25, 2025

With the Home Building Association of Richmond’s (HBAR) Parade of Homes beginning this weekend, the event’s annual award ceremony honored all StyleCraft Homes entries.

Both The Raleigh model home at The Overlook at Hancock Village and the Mattox model home at Woolridge Landing won Silver Awards in their categories. Additionally, the Mattox also won Best Bathroom. Explore these homes below.

The Raleigh, Entry No. 32

14701 Hancock Crest Way, Chesterfield, VA 23832

The 2-story Raleigh townhome is inviting from top to bottom, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 1-car garage. Located in Chesterfield off Rte. 360, the home’s highlights include a kitchen and living areas that seamlessly flow together, a suite with large walk-in closet, as well as versatile second-floor loft space. The Raleigh is a part of The Overlook at Hancock Village, which features a top Chesterfield school district including Cosby High School, walkability to popular shops and restaurants, and amenities such as a dog park and walking trails.

The Mattox, Entry 42

15700 Canoe Pointe Loop, Chesterfield, VA 23120

The Mattox is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath single-family home smartly designed with first-floor living features. With open spaces designed for living, working, and entertaining — as well as a 3-season room that brings the great outdoors indoors — the home is designed to be welcoming in every way. This includes the award-winning bathroom, an upgraded space in the first-floor floor primary suite. The Mattox is located in Woolridge Landing, a 55-plus community that neighbors picturesque Swift Creek Reservoir and features manifold amenities, including a pool, pickleball courts, dog park, walking trails, and more.

“As the Parade of Homes clearly demonstrates, there are so many talented homebuilders working in and around Greater Richmond,” said Jeremy Knicely, StyleCraft’s Vice President of Homebuilding. “When our homes are recognized as among the best being built, it’s always a great feeling — one shared across the company and by our valued trade partners. Congratulations to all the winners!”

The Richmond Parade of Homes, Virginia’s largest home show, invites the community to visit 60 move-in-ready homes at locations around the Greater Richmond Area. Homes are open each Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5 pm, beginning September 27 and ending October 19.
