Meet Hayley, The Trust Builder

“There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone find the home they’ve always dreamed about! You’re helping someone with one of the biggest transactions of their life and you’re being trusted with their life savings at times — so it’s a profound responsibility.”
Hayley has worked as a StyleCraft New Home Sales Consultant for the past 3 years, acting as the liaison between all departments and all homebuyers involved in the home buying experience. She gets to listen to a client’s dream and help them make that dream a reality. And it’s a job she’s done well: Hayley has earned StyleCraft accolades including Rookie of the Year as well as New Home Sales Consultant for Best Marketed Community (Home Building Association of Richmond) and Community of the Quarter.
When she’s not filling up her trophy case, Hayley enjoys heading out on the boat with family and friends, wakeboarding, and playing in recreational sport leagues from soccer to kickball.

“I remember this moment — 3 years ago when I first started. My hiring manager looked me in the eyes and said, ‘Here’s the thing, we [StyleCraft] may build 200, maybe even 300 homes a year, but the clients who are purchasing these homes, this is the only home for them. It’s their dream home and they should always feel that they deserve our attention.’ I knew that this company took pride in their customers. They made it clear to me that every individual experience was just as important as the next and far more important than volume. Quality over quantity. I personally am so incredibly passionate about the customer experience and it was evident this company shared that passion.”

“I am offsite in a beautiful Model Home for most of my time (lucky me!) Though some of my day at that Model is behind a computer, I am mostly interacting with people. Sometimes it is with a Project Manager and we are looking through homes under construction. Other times I am working with local Real Estate Agents to educate them on our products. But most times I am interacting with future homeowners — helping them identify what home works best and finding out why they are in the market for a new home.”
