It used to be that unless you were building in a StyleCraft community, you could only admire our floor plans from afar. But after hearing consistently from homebuyers through the years who wanted an “on your lot” building option, we finally gave the idea the green light. And now we’re ready to introduce StyleCraft Passport, where the destination will always Live Up.
Here are five things you need to know about StyleCraft Passport:
1. We’ll build our homes on your land.
That’s StyleCraft Passport in a nutshell. Maybe your land is just outside the hustle and bustle of Henrico County’s West End, with access to top schools, retail, and shopping. Or perhaps you’ve landed a secluded homesite in Chesterfield County, where you can enjoy the great outdoors without ever being too far from anything.
2. We have a sweet spot.
We offer StyleCraft Passport on your lot within a flexible 15-mile radius from a centrally located point by our home office in Lakeside. That’s more than 700 square miles comprising the City of Richmond, as well as the surrounding counties of Henrico, Hanover and Chesterfield, plus the edge of Powhatan and Goochland.
3. We can save you. Big
When compared to smaller, custom builders, building a StyleCraft home on your land can save between $80,000 to $120,000, depending on a number of factors.
4. We have answers.
So you’ve liked what you’ve heard about StyleCraft Passport so far. But you have questions. We completely understand and are here to help. We think we can even anticipate a few:
- Homebuyers may choose any of our Estate, River, and Presidential series floor plans. So start perusing… now!
- For StyleCraft Passport, we don’t include any exterior-related enhancements, land improvements, or the actual real estate acquisition itself. (But that’s a pretty short list of “don’ts,” right?)
- Homebuyers need to obtain a construction loan, and may choose from our two preferred lenders: Union Mortgage Group and Waterstone Mortgage Corporation.
