Beyond The Blueprint: Making it Official

March 22, 2019

You talked to our team. You reviewed the website. You drove through our communities and walked through our Model Homes. But you’re still curious: what’s it really like to build a home with StyleCraft? We’re glad you asked. In our “Beyond the Blueprint” series, we’ll follow Sue, a real homebuyer who’s excited to call the Villas at Ashford Hill home. Join us as we part the curtain and discover why the StyleCraft Building Experience Lives Up from start to finish — and beyond.

Homebuyers, Meet Sue.
Sue, Meet Homebuyers.

Sue was just like you. She was curious about building with StyleCraft. And then she made the move to Live Up. Now she’s a homebuyer at Villas at Ashford Hill, having signed her contract to Live Up in Midlothian’s in-demand community for those 55 and better. Here’s a bit more about Sue’s new home and community.

VILLAS AT ASHFORD HILL

Sue’s new community has all the hallmarks of an elevated 55+ community, from low-maintenance features, including lawn care on the house, to first-floor living designed to maximize convenience. And once we complete construction on her home in the Villas at Ashford Hill this summer, Sue will be ready to take advantage of these features and so much more.

JAMES FLOOR PLAN

Sue’s first-floor living home dials in the details in all the right places, from the spacious layout to the inviting first-floor owner’s suite. Add a two-car garage, kitchen with connected café, and even space for her two dogs to explore the wide-open backyard, and it’s clear Sue chose the right-fit home to spend her best years.

A ‘Sign’ of Things to Come

Sue’s first impression of Villas at Ashford Hill Lived Up to her expectations. But we know that there is a lot that needs to happen to move from loving a community to making it part of your future. After a few more visits and some productive conversations with our experienced Sales Consultant to hone in on the right floor plan and homesite, Sue was ready to schedule her Contract Appointment.

Without providing the play-be-play of each decision and signature that transpired during this key appointment, here’s the highlight reel: Sue and her Sales Consultant walked through the purchase agreement and an outline of the construction process from contract to closing. And to truly make it official, Sue struck a pose with a “sold” sticker that will go on her homesite. (That’s a keeper to frame and display in Sue’s new family room.)

Beyond the Blueprint: What’s Next?

So, what now? It’s time for Sue to make sure her unique style is reflected in her new home at the Pre-Design Orientation and Design Orientation, which will both take place at our one-of-a-kind Design Studio. Stay tuned…
