StyleCraft's Hayley Copley Named Sales Manager of the Year by Home Builders Association of Virginia
June 6, 2025
Having led her StyleCraft Homes’ Sales Team to an overall approval rating of 96.1% and 269 total sales totaling nearly $140 million in revenue in 2024, Hayley Copley was recognized as Sales Manager of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV).
But the announcement, which was made at HBAV’s 6th Annual Housing Excellence Awards at The Omni Homestead Resort, was about far more than numbers.
"Hayley regularly reaches out across departments, stoking collaboration in a way that makes us a better company, and ultimately, delivers a superior experience for our homebuyers,” said Jeremy Knicely, Vice President of Homebuilding at StyleCraft. “Despite the wins and success Hayley is responsible for, it’s never about her; she always places her team, the company, and our customers first — an attitude and mindset that’s spread to her team of 12 New Home Sales Consultants.”
In terms of Hayley’s cross-department outreach, in a typical day she can be found:
- Developing and enhancing floor plans beside the CAD and Leadership Teams
- Collaborating with our Settlements Team and Lenders every step of the way through closing
- Working with developers and Project Managers to open communities and Model Homes
- Meeting with the Marketing Team to review community deliverables and advertising
“I’m humbled by the award and recognition,” Copley said. “And I share it with my talented Sales Team, the broader company, our valued trade partners, and our homebuyers and homeowners. Watching someone walk through the door of their new StyleCraft home for the first time is such an utterly rewarding experience because you know just how much their life is instantly elevated in so many ways.”
Hayley started her career at StyleCraft as a New Home Sales Consultant in 2018 before being promoted to Sales Manager in 2021. In February 2025, she was promoted to Sales Director.
“Hayley really understands and embraces what it means to be a leader,” Knicely added. “She’s never static, but always growing — and likewise evolving those in her orbit.”
In addition to leading a 3-month training program for all StyleCraft new hires, and conducting weekly team and one-on-one training, Hayley engages with sales leaders across the country as a member of Jeff Shore’s Sales Leadership Roundtable.
In 2024, Hayley managed sales for more than 8 communities on average spread across 5 counties. Looking ahead, she’ll be taking on 10 additional projects and one new county.
“The homebuilding industry is about being able to adapt to changes in real time,” Copley said. “Every day you need to be ready for everything so that you can ensure the best possible outcome for your homebuyers. I’m excited for what the future holds for both StyleCraft and our homebuyers.”
