Featured in Richmond BizSense: StyleCraft Set to Build Townhomes On Former Site of Henrico Shopping Center

StyleCraft has joined a project to rejuvenate the now vacant site where Henrico Shopping Center stood on Mechanicsville Turnpike.

According to the article in Richmond BizSense, the newly branded Henrico Plaza mixed-use development will include more than 13,000 sq. ft. of commercial space and 500-plus homes — including 115 townhomes to be constructed by StyleCraft.

The townhomes will be available in two- and three-story floor plans, with one-car and two-car garages.

The Springdale Park townhomes in Henrico will be available in two-story and three-story floor plans, with one-car and two-car garages, respectively.
